• Clients must adhere to the schedule indicated on their Voucher and the times agreed upon with our drivers or guides during the service.

Respect for the Meeting Point:

• The meeting point specified on the Voucher must be strictly followed.

Behavior During Group Activities:

• Clients should ensure they do not disrupt organized group programs.

Attitude and Conduct:

• Clients are expected to maintain a proper and responsible attitude.
• The consumption of illegal substances or alcohol during the service is strictly prohibited.
• Any disrespectful behavior towards our staff may result in the immediate cancellation of the current service and all future bookings.

Adherence to Safety Measures:

• Clients must strictly follow the safety rules for each sporting activity as established by our team or service providers.

Prohibitions in Our Vehicles:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
• The introduction of food, drinks, or animals is not allowed unless pre-approved.

Baggage Management:

• The volume of baggage must be suitable for the vehicle’s trunk capacity.
• Baggage remains the sole responsibility of the client.

Lost Items:

• We accept no responsibility for items left behind in our vehicles or elsewhere during the service. Clients are advised to check their belongings before leaving the vehicle.
