1. Meeting Points and Presentation

Each service offered has specific meeting points. This information is provided:

  • On the Voucher given at the time of each booking.
  • On the corresponding product page on our platform, QUAD ATLAS VIP, with GPS location.

If you encounter any difficulties, our support team is available to help you locate these places, which are generally well-known and popular tourist destinations.

Important:
Any customer who fails to show up at the location indicated on the Voucher will be considered a no-show. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

2. Conditions for Group Services

For group activities such as:

  • Shared tours.
  • Services with a fixed departure date, designated as “Next Departure.”

These services involve the participation of several people, and strict adherence to schedules is essential.

Any delay of more than 5 minutes will be treated as a no-show. No refund will be issued to ensure the smooth execution of the program.

3. Sports Activities and Risks

Certain services of a sporting nature (e.g., quad biking, buggy rides, 4×4, zip lining, camel rides, wakeboarding, etc.) carry potential risks (injury or accidents).

Clients are required to:

  • Ensure they have the physical ability to participate in the activity.
  • Acknowledge full awareness of the risks involved in the activity.
  • Strictly adhere to the safety standards established by our teams or providers.

4. Changes Due to Force Majeure

In the event of exceptional circumstances, QUAD ATLAS VIP may:

  • Modify the program order or certain services.
  • Replace activities with equivalent services in cases of:
    • Force majeure (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, etc.).
    • Supplier failure or any event beyond our control.

Commitment:
We will do our utmost to adhere to your original program. Customers will be entitled to a refund for services that are not replaced or the price difference if the replacement involves a lower cost.

5. Definition of Force Majeure

Force majeure refers to any unforeseeable and external event preventing the execution of all or part of the obligations by:

  • The client.
  • The participants.
  • QUAD ATLAS VIP or its service providers.

6. Responsibilities and Indemnities

QUAD ATLAS VIP commits to mobilizing all necessary resources to ensure the smooth execution of services.

However, we disclaim all liability in the event of:

  • Unforeseen events such as demonstrations, bad weather, strikes, civil or political conflicts.
  • Incidents, delays, or disruptions caused by third parties or the client themselves.

7. Costs in Case of Force Majeure

Each party will bear the costs incurred in cases of force majeure.

As a result:

  • The client will be responsible for any additional costs related to refunds or the modification of the service date if these changes result in additional expenses.
